Pauseful is proud to announce the winners of the inaugural Pauseful Awards, created to recognise individuals and organisations dedicated to embedding Mindful Leadership Principles in meaningful and intentional ways.
Overview of the Awards
As leaders in Mindful Leadership and Organisational Mindfulness, Pauseful is committed to showcasing excellence and highlighting the impact of working from a more aware, grounded, and mindful place.
This year, the awards feature two categories:
Mindful Leader of the Year
Honouring a leader who has demonstrated a strong, consistent commitment to embodying Mindful Leadership, leading with purpose, awareness, and authentic action.Mindful Organisation of the year
Recognising an organisation that demonstrates a genuine commitment to embedding mindfulness principles across its culture, systems, and all levels of the organisation.
2025 Pauseful Award Winners
Mindful Leader of the year:
Larry Stapleton Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ)
Larry is a seasoned for-purpose executive and currently the Executive Manager, Service Development at Richmond Fellowship Queensland. He embodies Mindful Leadership by leading with attention, awareness, and authentic action, inspiring and positively influencing those around him. As part of the executive team, Larry is co-leading a major organisational transformation shaped by compassion, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose. He challenges old habits and role-models mindful leadership to create meaningful, lasting change.

Mindful Organisation of the Year:
Inclusee
Inclusee is a purpose-driven, values-led organisation that has made a clear and deliberate commitment to empower leaders at every level through Mindful Leadership and Mindful Organisational practices. This commitment is evident in its focus on stakeholder wellbeing, accountability for its impact, and purposeful action in all endeavours to create meaningful and positive social outcomes. By fostering a thoughtful, inclusive, and compassionate culture, Inclusee consistently delivers remarkable positive social outcomes.
